<description>&#60;p&#62;Earlier this year, I made the decision to go back to the gym. I love the gym, but my motivation is -10.  I was doing really well and averaging about 5-6 visits per week. Then I got sick. Which is usually when I stop going. I was determined that history would not repeat itself...but it has.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am finding it really hard to get back into exercising again. I really miss the gym, but by the end of the day I can&#38;#39;t find the motivation to go out again to the gym. It&#38;#39;s also a bit of a pain having only one car, otherwise, I could just go straightaway. &#60;/p&#62;

I actually wanted to tell you guys about my weight loss journey. Like most of you, I struggled with losing weight after my first son was born and tried everything from pills to personal trainers. But then I met Fred from Total Body Bootcamp. <description>&#60;p&#62;Im starting a 12 week challenge and i need to be on a sperate plan of food between my oldest son and me for a fair while!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I started in the gym last friday and o it was a huge big wake up call!&#60;br /&#62;
My body decided it would uncover a cold during the weekend!&#60;br /&#62;
Friday mind you got me a introduction to the gym, and a feel of the equipment inside the building!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Tommorow im gonna be getting my weight and fat check done at the gym and to get their il be walking all the distance their and back if the weathers great! (Praying), and then its off to the gym Tuesday Weds Thurs between 1pm and 4pm, but im gonna have to pay my neighbour pr hr to look after my son, because their is no places available where i live, i had of wished ida thought of that when i was signing up i was so excited to try this method of exercise, and see what i could do to change my lifestyle!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Hopefully i can beg the neighbour to get paid to look after my son, surely!...now all i need to do is find a perfect hrly rate!...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyhows for exercises their is heaps planned out for me to boost my self esteem i hope, thank god for a ipod, to keep me going, what im hoping to do is walk to the gym from my home in Alice st Gisborne....to Grey st temple gym....but it depends wether my legs could handle that amount of lengthy walking.....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Il type in what happens tommorow, tommorow night!....at this stage in time i need to get off the computer tidy up make some baby bottles and get some rest!

&#60;p&#62;You can do this Event as a Team, There are 7 different courses ranging from 2km to 11km. So each team member can tackle one course, or one person can do all of them, or whatever you want. So long as only one person is on the track at a time. (I think thats the gist of it)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62; I do running but dont particularly like it (keeps me fit though) but i can tell you for sure that trail is by far the coolest and i actually enjoy it!&#60;br /&#62;
Great views and, the difference in track is really great to take your mind off it!&#60;/p&#62;

# Teams $35 / team member&#60;/p&#62;
