Anyway as somebody whos lost a significant amount of weight, and done both lots of exercise and almost none at several points. Exercise most definitely helps you loose weight! However in saying that, doing excessive exercise and overdoing it makes you WAY more hungry and cravy. I found if i drink 500ml at least before starting, and at least the same, maybe more after helped a lot, But often i would find myself overeating, more than i actually burnt when i did the exercise.&#60;br /&#62;
So i would burn 900 calories doing cycling, then  eat 1200 back in cravings negating the exercise in the first place, plus any metabolism speed up.
