Wow Angie, I would tell your mum to get lost! you have the perfect size! did you want to be underweight?

Time to stand up for yourself! if you are eating fairly healthy then that's fine. Maybe she's just worried more than you are eating lots of crappy food more than being 'fat'. I wouldn't eat 1200 calories if i were you, just aim for 2000 a day. That's the 'right' amount for somebody to stay a 'normal' weight. If you eat that much and loose then you are either very active, or overweight, if you don't then you are the right weight.

yoye, try reading the website, it has a Daily Needs calculator that tells you how much you should or shouldnt eat

Hey all, I'm Angela. 17, never really been over weight but I am unhappy about my figure. I'm 170 centimeters and now shamefully 60 kg.
I don't know if I really have a place here because I'm not over weight, however I would still like some support and I aim for a few sizes smaller.
One of my biggest concerns about my body are my breasts. My breasts have reached a 12F and I'm not sure what to do about it. My mum pressures me constantly to lose weight and even though I've lost 2 kg in the last 2 weeks my breasts have recently moved up from a 12DD. Does anyone know how to lose weight specifically in the bust, short of surgery?
