I just found this website and it&#39;s absolutely wonderful. I have been searching for weeks now on how to get myself back into shape again. I am a mother of 2 girls, 15yrs and 5yrs. I am 37 and unfortunately over the past 4 months I have put on quite a few pounds due to neck surgery. Now I want to get it off since I am starting to feel better. The problem: I am not sure where even to start. I also have my boyfriend who is going along with the &quot;dieting&quot; thing because he also needs to lose a few pounds.
