12 week challenge!

    Im starting a 12 week challenge and i need to be on a sperate plan of food between my oldest son and me for a fair while!

    I started in the gym last friday and o it was a huge big wake up call!
    My body decided it would uncover a cold during the weekend!
    Friday mind you got me a introduction to the gym, and a feel of the equipment inside the building!

    Tommorow im gonna be getting my weight and fat check done at the gym and to get their il be walking all the distance their and back if the weathers great! (Praying), and then its off to the gym Tuesday Weds Thurs between 1pm and 4pm, but im gonna have to pay my neighbour pr hr to look after my son, because their is no places available where i live, i had of wished ida thought of that when i was signing up i was so excited to try this method of exercise, and see what i could do to change my lifestyle!

    Hopefully i can beg the neighbour to get paid to look after my son, surely!...now all i need to do is find a perfect hrly rate!...

    Anyhows for exercises their is heaps planned out for me to boost my self esteem i hope, thank god for a ipod, to keep me going, what im hoping to do is walk to the gym from my home in Alice st Gisborne....to Grey st temple gym....but it depends wether my legs could handle that amount of lengthy walking.....

    Il type in what happens tommorow, tommorow night!....at this stage in time i need to get off the computer tidy up make some baby bottles and get some rest!
