    Yeah some of that stuff is hard out.
    Making such large people run so much always made me wonder wtf they were thinking. That cant be good for the legs. Walking yes, power walking even yes, but high impact running? Why not more cycling and swimming?

    Pretty much exactly what I expected. I've watched the show a couple of times.

    For me the scariest part about this article was the stats saying 80% of people who lose weight put it back on after 3-5 years! Yikes! I'll be part of the other 20% if that's okay!!!
