Hi guys, I am a student using myplate (www.livestrong.com/myplate) to count my calories, I'm not looking to lose heaps and heaps of weight, maybe just a few kgs (relationship weight) but the main goal is to be healthier and stop eating when I'm not hungry.

I read most of the pages on the site and they have all been amazingly motivational and informative. I'm so glad I found it. I have been blogging daily about my calorie counting process and will continue to, you can find me at http://aliciaandelese.blogspot.com.

I would love to hear from any others who blog about their weight loss, it's great motivation for both me and for you!

    Cheers

    Okay, check out
    http://thefatlazyguyslog.blogspot.com/

Right hand side it has a huge list of links of blogs, Generally these are all bloggers loosing weight or otherwise and all talk to each other. I think they even meet up every now and again (the US ones)

Im wanting to blog too i joined this site because i was looking for some support, im 31 and a mother of two, and i found this site after much searching online because i didnt want to imply too much about the weight regime im up too and their food plan via facebook unless they were not happy with that, so i found the first site google came up with by me typing in weight loss nz and this is where i ended up.....

Im hoping to get daily motivation for keeping on track with the 12 week challenge im doing at Temple Fitness Gisborne...including a 18 month tab at the gym....

THE ONLY DOWNFALL, is being able to keep up drinking all the water reccomended because i have not been a water drinking fan.....i got suggested it might have something to do with me having a form of Autism, and being sensitive, because i cannot stand the smell of chlorine, so im thinking about getting a water purifier.....

Anyhows enough sitting on my backside, i best get up doing something! being a 102 kgs and all, o by the way i also go in MONDAY for my weigh in and Fat intake check....

I've been good this weeked just planning the eating plan out, and the only thing thats taking me back a step is i've CAUGHT A COLD and congested, and quite annoyed so i brought myself a 3 litre bottle of juice just to try and boost me a bit!

I also have along to do list today which should keep me on my feet abit today...and hopefully then il get the chance to complete reading my book!......

    Thanks for listning! Larni-Jean

I find that water with a spritz of lemon juice or something else really helps get it down, i must say. I'm also not partial to water much unless im doing major exercise. Mizone is also a not to bad taste or watered down other cordials/juices

Yea i know i was thinking of watered down juices, but i watched dr oz and he mentioned that your pee must be clear, to acknowledge a healthy system, but i've started drinking water, from brought bottles in the supermarket, which is sad really considering i got tap water...i love lemon drink, so il try and see what that taste's like!, u can get sachets of water that is energising for use at the gym, but im gonna try my best and drink abit of water at the moment to try n get used to it....but boy my body is feeling the difference!....
