Its just the same information as on the website. Any diet so long as you eat less calories than you use will work.
Ideally you want to be healthy and eat a decent amount of protein, veg, and fruit, but that's not always possible in real life. This week alone I've had to contend with 2 birthday parties and very little time for anything else! Yeah i ate bad, but ill make up for it this week (promise!)
I guess what I'm saying is that any diet that's not super crazy will work, its a matter of how much hand holding and time you have to put into it.
