CHALLENGING MYSELF

    Hi all instead of introductions for the title i decided to put something more fitting for myself.

    Im 31 and in bad shape am 102 kgs and admit i don't eat right or eva, or wrong ways at times, even one meal skip a few *lol* the list goes on, i tell ya sometimes its just of one item thats on the not have at all LIST!

    Anyways i was going to do a 12 week challenge at this gym in Gisborne, and all of a sudden even tho i had a baby only just months before he wasnt of the age to go into care, and i wasn't prepared....

    I decided to wait untill the next challenge was this week for regestrations, and i joined up not realising i had to organise child care for my son, so now im racing about like a mad chook, so im gonna see if i can pay my neighbour to look after my 10 month old son the days i go into the gym!.....im going to be seeing if i can walk to the gym which is a fkn distance, then back again collecting son no 1, from after school care and back again to collect son no 2!

    I went into the gym Thursday and signed up was 2 weeks in advance of 12 dollars and 20.00 for a regestration key,.....

    I had to come in the day after, for a basic run through of the gym, and also to put a plan together for me to go through excluding stretches yet, which i have yet to question them over tommorow....

    Now i have to go in Monday to get a weigh in, and fat check...etc...but im gonna be taking my son and i will explain i have no choice....

    However Tuesday Weds Thursday should see me going to the gym from 1pm and to be home by about 4.30 5pm?...afeter collecting my son about 4 depending how long it takes for me to walk to the gym and back!....

    I dont have a car and i dont intend to own one, i use the bus when necessary and thats only to purchase my shopping.....speaking of shopping i have a new shopping list this week and a diffrent way to eat food this week!.....

    Im gonna be also eating 6 meals a day which seems a better option, plus 3 litres of water a day are needed by me to drink...and since im not a water fan, and hate the taste of chlorine and smell of it due to having Aspergers syndrome a form of Autism...
    Im looking on trade me for a water purifier, hopefully that should turn things around!

    My eldest son has managed to work out the water amount to ten glasse's and is designing me star chart, using glasses instead of stars, to place on the chart during the day and writing the time i had something to drink!

    Their is a lite option for food, but the only downfall is i have trouble intaking low fat milk so its gonna be a bit of a challenge finding the right kind of milk to suit me!....

    I do love youghurt so lite yoghurt should work....

    Well i've also written some to do lists for me on http://www.tadalists.com and its allowed me to type up what chore's are needed to complete, and what else i can do whilst on my feet more then sitting down i know my gardens needing weeding is one!....

    I also think i need a pedometor, for walking so i can make a fair amount of steps during the day!....

    Well thats it for today some more tonight!....

    WOW TWO WEEKS HAVE PASSED..... well i couldnt do well could i, i brought a pack of pies in my shopping the week i joined i think, and also.....i brought some muffins that were ok, but i decided to buy bulk food items that week so i could look at making my own bread, well i had brought 5kg of flour and sugar to boot, and some other stuff but my shopping that week took alot outta my budget, close to thirty went on transport, which sucks but i dont seem to manage the time to go earlier because of my autism...which is a fkn drag....however i still managed to get one days workout in two weeks only because i sat about mulled over my sons needs didn't get off my butt only to get the dishes cleared the cupboards put back into order, and other reasons were well just simple stuff, however the one day workout took its toll on me, and i was jet lagged all week, however i managed to make myself eat one peice of fruit each day, and started to drink more water then ever BEFORE.....i also brought this week a packet of biscuits i ate of nearly all of them, some mini bites of the same companys biscuits diffrent brand....but BISCUITS ALL THE SAME, i had mc donalds fish n chips and other stuff which didnt quite make the eating plan all the more better o boyyyyyyyyyyy!
    If we were to get a weigh in i definatly one stack up big time, then i got me some salad tho, ate that and broke out in hives...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!, what eva next but i remembered salad, and pumpkin carrots, and other stuff, but i tell ya the weathers been crap to my lawns and its not even the greatest to stand in, ewwwww sticky mud so i cannot do my vegetable gardens....and to top it all off i got my period and its lasted the two weeks too an still attacking me on the side!....id love to go out today to get me some replacement pads, but i've only got ten in my acc, and my sons been unwell this weekend including me!...sad but true!....this week i could of had some yoghurt i did get some last week brilliant...yay!...anyhows....im hoping to do my goals for my weightloss programme.....and then also mention my bad habits during the week...i've got alotta chores to do when i go home, i think i need some storage containers.......and i can clean up the washin thats been hiugging the floor of my bedroom for weeks now....altho the floors look like skid dirt city also!....i havent a mop for weeks either how sad!....i've got to get my home organised, i also need more compost, and to get the lid on the compost bin rearranged as well!....cos the hinge snapped off!, anyhows hopefully i can get my house organised as the carport needs to be tidy.......thats a day job in itself, i think i may have to introduce one job a day instead of a few a day, it doesnt seem to be working doing a few a day!....lets see how i go my sons awake im gonna have to post another time!....mmmm breakfast at such a late time at night!

    Oh dear, sounds like a bad shop! You're not the only one though. I still struggle with buying shit :/
