They have an app for iPhone or iPod Touch users to track your calories and exercise, But best yet, on the website you can join challenges.
They have stuff like 'everyone wins' challenges you do at your own time (ie completing 100km cycleing total) and its all added up off your normal entries that you enter every day so you only need to track your usual exercise etc. They also have challenges with prizes, and you can start your own etc.
I joined one to loose more body fat than the owner otherwise he gives a $50 iTunes voucher
I also joined a cycling and running one. Plus i got the iPhone app so i can log things on the go and not just in the website.
Oh and they have Motivators also, so you can hook up with somebody who has similar goals or stuff to motivate you
