The comment about seats reminds me of my friends front door where she has a table and chairs and sits to have smokes.
I would sit in the seat and then if i stood up the plastic seat was still attached to my ass because i was so big. Embarassing!

Oh, for the record, now i can sit in that seat without touching either side, and my friend has gained weight and gets stuck!

Haha! That's awesome! Not for your friend obviously, but you can't help feeling pleased right?

Sitting here munching (maybe slurping is a better word) on some tomato soup and thinking about how my attitude to weight loss has changed since last time I was on WW.

Even though I still sneak the odd biscuit and don't always enter my points in quite right, my outlook on why and how I'm doing what I'm doing has completely changed.

Yesterday, hubby took me out for lunch. We met at the mall and I really wanted a chicken wrap, but I wanted a hot one and the only place I could find that did it was McDonalds. I generally don't like McDonalds anyway, but fries are always good. I ordered my chicken wrap and when the girl asked do you want that as a combo, I barely even thought about it, I just said no.

It seems so simple, why couldn't I do it before?

Weekends are always the hardest for me, so even though I'm glad it's finally the weekend I'm a little bit nervous about the decisions I will make for the next two days.

    Mmm i Love Tomato Soup!

Whilst my habits have changed, some have slipped back, mostly since i started eating different after surger. I was unable to eat anything other than a mouthful at a time and wasn't getting enough calories. I wanted to heal from surgery so started eating much higher calorie items like nuts and takeaways etc.
So effectively I had to unlearn some habits which now im ok i need to re-learn. I still don't binge half as bad as I used too though, i think it has to do with pre-planning meals more now and thinking ahead.

Well, the weekend is over, and I survived relatively unscathed. Had a wee bit of a hiccup last night when I made the silly decision to have an extra sausage and dessert at the in-laws.

I know that doesn't sound too bad, but since I started this 100 day challenge (lead up to christmas) every time I make a bad choice I feel so disappointed in myself because I know it will make it harder and harder for me to reach my goal.

Weigh-in is tomorrow so I will have a pretty good idea of my progress and how much work I still need to do to reach my goal. I was hoping to be close to my 5% goal (73.8kg) by tomorrow, but that doesn't look like it's going to happen (it was a little unrealistic, but a girl can dream). My fingers are crossed for a good result!

Less than 100 days till Xmas! LOL. I'm on day 13 so it's only 87 days till Xmas!

I'm looking forward to getting down to 67.5kg as it is around about where I was when I fell off the wagon last year. I'm looking forward to breaking through that and leaving 67.5kg's in my dust! Yeah baby!!!

    Weigh-in this morning - 74.7kg

That's a 900g loss on last week, and 3kg total so far. I'm really hungry today for some reason, trying my damnedest not to binge!!!

If you like Yoghurt get the low fat sugar free stuff, filling and only 50cals per 100gm or so (or 500cals for 1kg if you are that keen!)

Another week, and it's weigh-in day again.

    73.8kg! A 900g loss. Woohoo!!! I'm at my 5% mark.

If I keep on with these 900g losses I will be at my Christmas goal weight, no worries. Then it's just another 5-6kg until I'm within the healthy weight range! Nice!

Wow, 2 weeks since I've been online. Oops... busy life I guess.

Good news is that I've been pretty well behaved. Had a 600g gain at last weeks weigh-in, mostly due to a bit of a blowout on the weekend, but it was a nice break so I wasn't too worried about the gain.

Yesterdays weigh-in had me at 73.3kg (a 1.1kg loss from last week). And, as if that wasn't fantastic enough already, I jumped on the scales this morning and it was 72.6kg!!! Hopefully I can hang on to that 72.6 and knock a bit more off it for next weeks weigh-in!

    Have a good week everyone.

Great work - it is so nice to read other peoples stories! We are almost on a par - I'm down to 72.5 and thrilled - so thrilled I had a spoonful of peanut butter to celebrate.... but that's not bad for someone who can eat half a cupful just because I love it so much! Saying goodbye to gluttony is really hard some days lol!
