breaky was a muffin(180) with an 2 eggs (170), lunch was mashed pumpkin(150) and Brussels sprouts(50). Arvo tea was a banana(100) and soda water with a twist of lime(70)
So far that's about 800 cals approximately, i tend to be a night time eater so pizza for dinner, and then ill eat before i sleep (cant sleep on an empty stomach!)
