Mood/Thoughts - Really wanted the chocolate cake, should have just had a hot chocolate instead! Drinking water with lunch was a fantastic idea as it really filled me up. Gutted that OEP Tortilla's etc. have really high calories. They seem so darn healthy.

Meal 3 - 2 x Tortillas, Sponge Roll, 2 x passionfruit
Meal 4 - Kohu Road Ice Cream 150ml
Meal 5 - Maggi Instant Noodles, Milo 4 tbs, Low-Fat Milk
Water - 1.5 litres
Exercise - none

Monday 14th September
Right feeling quite inspired this morning. My sister's wedding is in about 5-6 months and I want to be fitter and healthier for that!
Have made the decision that until I can learn to just drink a glass of wine and not the whole darn bottle, that I am going to stop drinking for a bit. Also out the door are V Drinks, scones and any other baddies.
