    Interesting article. but i believe that genetics play a huge part on where you put your body fat on. I notice my husbands sisters all have skinny shapeless legs and arms and put it all on in the belly only, where as in my family the females put it on in the hips and butt.

    Actually, interesting story, there is this one girl i saw who was slim all over but had REALLY unnaturally fat upper arms! It was the weirdest thing i have ever seen!

    Yeah I agree. I think there is a genetic thing to it as 2 generation of all women in my family have the big butt, hips and thighs, yet busty and curvy shape. So we're lucky there and we all are lucky to have really good young looking skin too. So blessings really. Quite happy with that.
