I've saved my blog somewhere else for now i need to proof read and retype and edit alot of stuff, il get around to it tommorow!....i appreciate being able to find a site for weight loss talk and support thanks!
Well i went to the gym yesterday afternoon caught the 2.15 bus into town because the weather in Gisborne was damp, and also my baby was comming in with me, i was supposed to head into the gym for weigh in, and no one was in the office when i went into the gym..which was sad, so i walked into the supermarket, and walked all the way home stopping into Salvation army and scoring me a exercise dvd, and managed to view it tonight before atempting stuff on it tommorow....Im also not gonna be able to attend the gym this week due to a cold, and having a baby who's now starting to sound sick....whilst trying to get some sleep in his porta cot!....
I did my best keeping within the food side to things except i brought me a 2.50 large icecream on the way home.....but was also eating sultana's and fresh fruit today with two tuna sandwiches, and nachos for tea only on one plate!....which had baked beans in it and just cheese, which my oldest son adored...and ate with gutso!...great something nice for dinner went down with happiness, then i ate a apple later on and some more sultana's whilst just starting on some water now....am boiling the kettle to make a bottle and try n settle the baby who has awoken.....and then plan out my gym regime for the week i have to find some form of childcare or im meat, so im gonna have to organise some gym time in the weekends and get baby looked after if i cannot find care for him tues to thurs, from 1pm to 4pm.....
I hope i can carry on my water intake tommorow, its not the three litres i've been suggested to try but close to one litre instead!...hopefully i can go to 2 litres next week and switch to three litres the week after, well i best go its getting late!....
Well the day started with a drink of water, and i decided to attend to cleaning up my kitchen ready for dish washing later....
Watched dr oz with my caregiver, and also fed my son at the same time, then got up for a breif tidy, and catch up...
Was also ment to be delivering pamphlets for council votes, but it decided to rain and throw out sun and wind and clouds then sun then rain, so i wont go out with my baby in that kinda weather!.....
Im heading in for a weigh in tommorow, im doing my utmost in the food arena, planning my meals, and drink more water then ever before....im gonna boil my water and drink it till i can get me a water purifier!...
As i need other items such as a high chair!....
I found me a weight watchers dvd, and it has exercises so shortly after i have finished my to do list, while my sons asleep i will atempt the exercise program on their....i do have a aerobics dvd too so im gonna have to fish that out also amongst the cobwebs i think lol...
Now all i gotta do is plan whats on the menu for dinner!...
