I am here to lose some, again.
About 6 months ago, I came across the youtube videos and this site. I am 6ft 2in and weighed around 104 kg. I followed a plan that involved egg on toast for breakfast, ONLY fruits for lunch and rotis for dinner on the weekdays and then binged on the weekends - and NO exercise.
I lost about 11 kg in 4 months, but hit a plateau at 93 kg. After being stuck at that weight for a while, I lost focus and slipped to my older eating habits - I am now back at 104 kg.
Well, now I am going to give this another shot!
PS: The videos + concepts on this site are the best on the net - though I think they appeal more to the left-brained among us. I am 27 yrs old and from India - its amazing how someone a world away can inspire you - hurrah to the power of the internet!
