Trying to lose 35Kg

    Double WOW lost 400g yesterday. Went for a doubly big run. Ran most of my normal walking circuit.

    My eating was excellent. I had a couple of teaspoons of jam after dinner (homemade black dorris plum heaven). And did taste test as I was cooking which probably would've amounted to a small meal. But all in all a good day.

    I'm going to pump the exercise this week by walking around the block 3 times durring the day at work as well as exercise when I get home. Helps with the quitting smoking.

    Haven't quite managed to get up early & exercise. Better work on that.

    I really want to get down to the 80 something Kg club.

    Today is a tough one for me I have an assignment due (panic) and I'm hosting a luncheon with a group of my students involving around 15 Domino Pizzas. Oh well what the hey!
    -----------------------------------

    Breakfast of champions = Up&Go and a tall flat white (trim/no sugar)

    Snack time 1 = Horleys carbless crunch bar & a pear

    Lunch with my students = 6 slices of pizza (yum :twisted:)

    Snack time 2 = No snack - suffering post pizza guilt

    Dinner = Feel like greens, steamed Gai Lan with a litlle Oyster sauce

    Desert = Blueberries & natural yogurt

    I bought an Easy Yo maker the other day to make my own yogurt, got lots of plain flavoured so we can add our own fruit and flavours.

    pizza isnt so bad if you have 2-3 slices (usually about 250-300 cals each, so i normally have 2) but 6 slices!!! dang! lol

    Presntation done - hooray. Back to life as normal tomorrow.

    Food log today:

    Breakie = Home made smoothie (banana, yogurt, blueberries etc) & Coffee
    Morning tea = Horleys Carbless Crunch
    Lunch = Sushi (3 pieces, chicken teryaki)
    Afternoon tea = Yogurt and blueberries
    Dinner = Scrambled eggs
    Desert = Baked banana

    Didn't manage to exercise today though.. Stuffed after a long day.

    Attended cousins wedding in Vegas at the weekend. Creamed Paua were my total undoing.. Otherwise had a good weekend away. Back and focused this week. EVEN GOT UP AT 6AM this morning and went for a walk/run *does the robot dance*

    FOOD Diary today:

    Breakfast = Banana Smoothie
    Snack 1 = Museli Bar
    Lunch = Miso soup & 2 slices of Burgen Bread with humus
    Snack 2 = Low fat yogurt & blueberries
    Dinner = Teriyaki Chicken (skinless drumsticks) greens, and mixed vege's
    Supa = Tangelo & a little bit of yogurt.

    Yum Banana Smoothie. Might have that tomorrow.

    We are going to the gym this evening, as I kept hitting the alarm this morning. Bring on Summer I say!

    Hi ya hope all is well. Today I celebrated 45 days smokefree by going to lunch with the girls from work. Woop wopp - stoked with the achievement.

    My eating has been pretty good accept for the dark chocolate I have in my handbag doh!

    I've been getting up at 6am every other day and walk/running for 30min. So far so good.

    Looking to kick it up a gear. Not much movement on the scales at the moment.

    Congratulatoins on 45 days smokefree. That's fabulous!! Go you with the exercise in the mornings. I have to start again next week

    Wow good job on the smoking, thats a hard task, especially when you're trying to do diet as well.

    Doing better than me on exercise, right now i could go a smoke too :/

    :DSick as a puppy this week :oops:.. Back at work now.. Feeling better!

    Diet went out the window at the weekend. But good ever since.

    Today's menu includes:

    Sultana Bran + Coffee
    Carrot x2
    Pear x 1
    Kiwi Fruit x 2
    Crackers x 2
    Tuna with tomato, chilli & coriander
    Yogurt x 1
    Garlic & Spinach Omlette
    Whey Shake

    Exercise = 30 min run/walk

    Flat white
    Pear
    Carrot
    Kiwi fruit
    Ryevita Crakers with Tuna fish (lime & cracked pepper)
    Sunbeam fruit mix
    Steamed garlic and chilli mussels
    Spinach

    TGIF - Looking forward to heading home

    Fathers Day breakfast yesterday was the bomb..

    Today I am on liquids for post Dentist recovery...

    Sooo I'm having Whey shakes all day, with soup and crackers for lunch, kiwifuit for afternoon snack and poridge for dinner. Hope to be recovered enough for solids and exercise by tomorrow.
