Trying to lose 35Kg

    By the way the two were not related (Sundays fathers day breakfast & Mondays trip to the dentist) lol. But my teeths are all better today. Horay!

    My day..

    6am = too cold to go for a walk/run. Went back to sleep [doh]

    Whey shake & poached egg on toast
    Kiwifruit & whey shake
    Tuna fish and brown rice
    carrots
    Prawn & Vege stir fry
    Blueberries & yogurt

    5pm = 30min Walk/run

    Yesterday I was famished! Due in part I'm sure to the increased exercise.

    Menu:

    Whey Shake & Coffee
    Pear & Mandarins
    2 x Wholemeal chicken wraps with loads of Salad
    & 2 chocolate bars

    Coffee (trim, no sugar)
    Green Salad

    Yesterday was a near perfect day!! Exercise, eating, excellent!

    Todays menu:

    Whey shakes
    Fresh Fruit Salad
    Tuna & Green Salad sandwiches
    Peas & Broadbean Salad
    Chicken Leg (Skinless)
    Green sprout Salad

    Exercise:

    2 x 30 minute walks (part of the feat beat challenge we're doing at work)
    1 x Pilates fat burning workout
    1 x Pilates Abs workout (ouch!)

    Walking 1 hour a day with my Feet Beat team - pace is a little slow though. When I get home I do a full on 20min run/walk or strength training circuit.

    Whey Shakes
    Small Flat White (trim no sugar)
    Chicken Salad
    Bran & Apple bake
    Fig & Honey Yogurt
    Flax Fibre Muffin
    Poached Eggs on Toast
    Blueberries & Natural Yogurt

    Exercise:

    2 x 30 minute walks (part of the feet beat challenge we're doing at work)
    1 x Pilates lower body workout
    1 x Pilates Abs workout

    Okay I didn't end up doing Pilates yesterday. I was buggered after class. Otherwise had a really good day. Not much movement on the scales this week but my clothes are fitting better though.

    Weetbix & blueberries
    Small Flat White (trim no sugar)
    Homemade Chicken & Salad Wholemeal Wrap
    Flax Fibre Muffin
    2 x Mandarins

    Last night I was home alone 'again' and ploughed through 100g of Chocolate. But I did walk to the shop and back to get it lol. Back into recovery mode again.

    Looking for a fun way to fit more exercise into my boring evenings - sports or classes?

    Personally, I would go with team sports, because you're obligated to your team and don't want to let the other members down.

    I was thinking about doing some summer league hockey, but it's on a Wednesday night and I'm already committed to bowling on Wednesday, so have to figure out a plan B!

    Lost 500g this week. 7Kg in total since July. And managed to quit smoking (79 days).

    Eating was difficult with loads of September birthdays. I need to develop a birthday party survival strategy so I don't have to play 'catch up' all the time lol. Any excuse - you know!

    Otherwise I'm feeling quite good about things. I did a X Training class at the local rec centre on Tuesday & Swimming on Monday, plus walking everyday. Sore muscles to boot.
