Myself and my now, fiancé, will be getting married early next year.
We've been doing very IRREGULAR exercise for a while, but now that we are getting married, what better motivation to stick to it?
I thought we could track our progress by joining a weight loss forum, and in case we started becoming slack, at least there would be someone to give us the hurry-up.
We didn't want to join a big forum type thing, so after some searching we stumbled upon this one. A smaller group would be of more benefit to us than a large one.
